As the Growth Marketer for Co:Create Ink, you will drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, data-driven optimization, and innovative growth strategies. You will foster a robust and engaged community and improve over all brand visibility of Co:Create Ink.

Manage and run the Ink loyalty program

Drive user retention through the Co:Create Ink Loyalty Program within the first year.

Develop strategies and concepts to make improvements based on user insight and industry learnings.

Measure program success, aiming for an initial 20% user retention rate within the first three months

Provide analytical and industry insights to share across the team

Weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Implement data visualization tools and present complex data in an understandable manner to the team, focusing on actionable insights.

Implement one or more feature enhancements or optimizations based on feedback and data within the first six months.

Maintain deep knowledge of the tattoo industry landscape and trends to share with the team and implement into marketing strategies

Become an in-house expert on the tattoo industry

Maintain deep knowledge of the tattoo industry landscape and trends to share with the team

Consistently relay feedback, trends, and customer needs to the product team and help prioritize the product roadmap.

Support the organization by providing thought leadership and industry expertise
