Overview

At Arizona State University, I lead product development for generative AI tools that support student success, streamline institutional workflows, and unlock new learning experiences. Working across EdPlus and in partnership with faculty, engineers, UX designers, and enterprise tech teams, I help shape and launch AI-driven solutions that are built for scale and rooted in real human needs.

🎯 Key Contributions

Launched three flagship AI products: DegreeMe, Dreamscape Learn AI Companion, and Language Buddy — supporting tens of thousands of users across ASU Online and immersive learning environments

Led product strategy, system design, and prompt engineering for tools using OpenAI, RAG pipelines, 11 Labs, and ASU’s internal Create AI Platform

Collaborated across faculty, enrollment teams, UX researchers, designers, and developers to ensure every tool was research-informed, technically sound, and adoption-ready

Created product onboarding, enablement materials, and post-launch impact analyses to support stakeholders and drive iteration

Used Coda to manage product lifecycles, track action items, and centralize documentation for cross-functional alignment
