This page highlights a curated selection of the most impactful Coda docs I’ve built at Arizona State University over the past year. These internal tools power everything from strategic planning and product documentation to day-to-day team workflows. Whether supporting cross-campus collaboration or acting as the backbone for AI product delivery, these docs reflect how I use Coda to build clarity, alignment, and velocity across teams.
AI Planning & Governance Docs
These two Coda docs have served as foundational tools for how ASU plans and governs AI innovation. The AIPD Steering Committee doc is a shared workspace for stakeholders across the entire university, not just EdPlus, to stay aligned on timelines, review updates, and submit new ideas for AI-related initiatives. The AIPD Product Team doc, on the other hand, supports our internal team by managing daily workflows: timelines, meetings, action items, and centralized documentation. It acts as the operational hub for our AI product department, helping us move quickly and stay tightly aligned.
Product Documentation & Knowledge Repos
These Coda docs serve as comprehensive product hubs, acting as a living knowledge base and full project dashboard for our AI tools. Each doc includes a live analytics dashboard tracking usage metrics across tools, structured project planning, detailed QA workflows, and ongoing meeting notes. We use these spaces to collect and refine everything from design specs to UX research findings, creating a single source of truth for development, documentation, and iteration.
