Storytelling is what we’re about and we believe:
The audience comes first — if a passage or scene only pleases us but not the audience then it has to go Research is vital to making a good story — research on the audience, research on the topic, research on the facts make a story more believable and engaging We iterate the story — things are rarely right first time and there’s always room for improvement Ideas and research are valuable but we must never lose track of finishing the story — we’d rather have an imperfect story than spend all our time discussing it Teamwork is vital and sets us apart:
Sharing ideas and not hiding — everyone contributes to ideas generation, critiques, presentations and readings Critiquing is good, but it’s handled sensitively — we want it to be the best it can be while not being rude Working together to dissect a story and rebuild makes it stronger, better — only by pulling it apart can we get to the heart of a story The team tells the story — as a team we’re all accountable and we create the story together The team solves problems — if there’s a blocker or problem it’s the team’s problems, we all work to fix it Everyone is accountable — you are responsible for something, but you are also supported in this Site index
