Summary

I built this tool for Real Talk Philosophy, an international events organization. This tool is part of a system designed to help local chapter leaders (LCLs) manage events. It allows LCLs to choose an event (dropdown from rows in an Events table), then bulk upload photos/images of the event (via the system finder or drag-and-drop). Then, in one click, all are photos separated onto different rows of a Photos table (one table containing all event photos) and linked to the specific event (and relationally linked to the specific chapter, date, LCL, topic, etc.). The photos can be viewed as a table for easy captioning, categorizing (e.g. performance, presenter, crowd), crediting, tagging (e.g. for team members, performers, or guests), and favoriting. This table is linked several public views (filtered to show the best photos of particular chapter, topic, or tag. Individual photos can be opened revealing detailed information.
