Account Name Settings were set to:

Household Name Format: {!{!FirstName}} {!LastName} Household

Formal Greeting Format: {!{!Salutation} {!FirstName}} {!LastName}

Informal Greeting Format: {!{!FirstName}}

(These changes were made to reach an accurate naming convention)

Custom Relationships: Teacher, Student

Automatic Affiliation: Automatic Affiliation is turned ON

Automatic Relationships: Reciprocal method set to List Settings
