When you build for-purpose businesses, the purpose is the real *dream* vs the *roles* described in this video.
"Dream" Company = Purpose = Directors and Grips and Actors (and all the roles) as part of a production the profits of which go to end homelesses, sales people and administrative leaders and accountants (and all the roles) as part of a platform marketplace which uses its profits to fund mental health initiatives
You might be perfectly happy answering customer service calls in a company that's made up of other people doing it all together for something you believe in, especially when you have equity in that company and aren't working minimum wage for the pleasure.
Because all parts work together for one dream/purpose.
This video assumes there's only one path to your dream job -- asking for it from someone else's business.
