So, how does this work?

We've organized your new hire training into five topics.
: In this topic we'll share about our vision, strategy and culture. We'll also talk about your new role and responsibilities.
: In this topic we'll teach you how to build and manage your volunteer team.
: In this topic we'll unpack the vision behind our programming and show you how to implement it with excellence at your campus.
: In this topic we will cover all of our safety guidelines and ministry protocols.
: In this topic we'll share about the big events coming up on the calendar and teach you how to plan events at your campus.

As you work your way through each topic, we will schedule a time for you to meet with someone on our staff to talk about what you learned. You'll meet with a different staff member for each topic so that you can get to know the people on our team and learn from people who have practical experience in each area.
In addition to the topics listed above, you'll meet with Jeremy once a week for your first six weeks on staff. You can read more about that on the page.

How long does it take to complete the new hire training?
Typically, we will cover one topic per week. In some cases, we may do multiple topics per week to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
Who will I be meeting with for each topic?
Because it’s based on a rotation, each new hire process will have a different set of trainers. The Network team will shoot you an email with a list of who you’ll be meeting with for each topic and will help you schedule a time to meet with each one of them.
What if something wasn’t mentioned in the training content?
Bring it up when you meet with your trainer. This is a great time to ask questions and ensure that you have a good grasp of what’s expected of you in your new role.
