Directory & Search Exercise

For this assignment, you will review GoodMaps Search functionality, visit the GoodMaps Directory, and review the Sort and Filter features. Follow these steps to complete the assignment:

STEP ONE: Use the Search feature on the home screen and the keyboard to search for a location in your school like the cafeteria or the gymnasium.

STEP TWO: Return to the Search Bar at the top of the screen. This time use dictation to search for a location in your school like the auditorium or the library.

STEP THREE: Enter the Directory from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

STEP FOUR: Explore the Directory, and identify all the actions you can take from this screen.

STEP FIVE: Sort the Directory list so that you see only the restrooms in your school.

STEP SIX: Continue to explore the Directory, Sort and Filter features until you feel like you fully understand how they work.

STEP SEVEN: When you have finished experimenting, complete the quiz about these features.
