Is Our Program the Right Fit For You?

Making a decision to be working with me and my team

Before joining most of you have these questions:

Price: How much does it cost
Revenue Potential: How much can I make or how big this thing can be
Success Rate: What's the likelihood I will get the result I want
Timeframe: How long will it take me to get the results I want
Effort: How much work will it take
image.png

I will try to answer each of these below:

How much does it cost

The price of working with Jakub and the team

When pricing our product I take into account 2 things:
Your earning potential increase per year ()
The probability of experiencing the outcome ()

Then I charge 1/10th of the value I am able to generate.
image.png

Our Price =

(Yearly Revenue Potential x Success Rate) x 10%

We experimented what is the right price for this based on averaging customer results and also my own experience.
I've made $423k my first year (average $35.2k/m) without any of this knowledge or help. I'm in Year 4 now.
The reason why I have everyone to book a 1:1 call first is to find out what is the potential revenue increase for your specific scenario... AND what we think is the likelihood your will achieve the outcome based on your background. Not to push and sell you something that won't work for you.

Revenue Potential

How much can I make or how big this thing can be

My example (I focused on lean and cash flow producing business)

Year 1: $423k → it would be much more if I've had the knowledge I have now
Year 2: $1.05M
Year 3: $2.1Mstill no employees at this point
Year 4: $6.1M (F12M) (ongoing) 3 full time employees
I received 4 offers to sell the company

Here are some companies that follow the same business model

Consumer facing brand → generate leads → sell leads to partners

Here are the revenue or acquisition data I could find:

NerdWallet ($539m/year)

CompareTheMarket (£467m/year)
CompareTheMarket (£467m/year)
CreditKarma Revenue
CreditKarma ($1.6 billion/year)

SelectQuote (~$1.25 billion/year)
+ there are many more that I haven't included

So there's a lot of potential if you do it right and there are multiple ways how to build a brand and scale. (explained inside the assets for members)

Success Rate

The likelihood of getting the result you want

If you're still unsure if this will work for you, then it's typically one if these 2 things:

You don't believe YOU can do it

I don't know your background and skills so it is hard to answer this. But who else can do it for you if you don't even believe in yourself? I will be helping you 1:1 so you're getting me as a “co-founder” for your business. That should help a lot. Also, I wish I had access to our internal resources now you will have. It would have sped up a lot of things. What's your other option anyway? Being stuck in something you do now that doesn't work the way you want?

Timeframe

How long will it take me to get the results I want

When you join you'll get access to a step by step action plan.
We have a Quick Start checklist (only necessary steps) and a Full Action Plan (more in-depth)

image.png
Quick Start checklist takes approx. 14 days and 15 hours.
Primary focus will be on Choosing Vertical and Generating Lead Buyers
Secondary focus will be on setting up Internal Assets, Ad Platforms, Quizzes, and Backend Automation

Checklist example
Checklist example

You should expect to get your first lead buyers within the first 7-14 days.
We have guys that got clients on their 2nd day.

Once you onboard your first few clients — you'll then repeat the process (adding more lead buyers to your distribution until you're at the revenue you want)
+ you'll be scaling your existing buyers

Effort

How much work will it take
The thing that you'll focus on the most initially will be getting lead buyers.
But once you get it going and scale (working primarily with large buyers)you can mostly chill.

For my primary business ClientUp — I spend maybe 30 mins in the morning — checking ad accounts and finances. I don't do any other work for it right now.

Same happened to Peter who I've helped a year ago.
He mentioned he's making $60k/m with 1 client, working 20-30 mins a day on it.

info
I love to work and I still work a lot everyday (but on different stuff like this group for example)
