We understand that this is many ways still an MVP and that you, as the first round of Growth Coaches are the early adopters which could make this a bit of a frustrating experience. On the contrary it is also very exciting since you are instrumental in providing us with the valuable feedback necessary to continue reiterating and make this the best it could be.

We are intentional in not making this over burdensome and irrelevant. We want to make sure that the content of this onboarding program is relevant and provide you with the necessary info you need to perform your role as growth coach best.
