Building out a winning framework for GEO optimised content. AI templates for glossaries optimisation, and for helping me get blogs about 70% of the way there.
Large improvement in top 10 positions on Google (13% MoM). Shows that overall we are trending in the right direction (and in a pretty big way). We have just seen a big drop off in traffic due to user behaviour, but our SEO work has clearly performed well.

Big bet on GEO and there are a lot of unknowns. It’s a brand new marketing discipline, and there are some key challenges I need to figure out (such as measurement and refinement). So far, experiments are going well.
Looking at ways to boost our leads by optimisng our speak to us landing page. Since traffic is down, we need to squeeze out every bit of efficiency we can to make the most of the traffic we bring in. Consider A/B testing new ideas?
Ad campaign optimisations improved overall performance across LI and Reddit.
Impressions: +144.2% in LI and +11.9% impressions in Reddit
Leads: +31.7% in LI and +75% in Reddit
# of MQL and SQLs seems to be declining, as do calculator and demo form fills. No new content coming up soon will potentially impact that.
Q3 and Q4 strategy for demand gen will heavily rely on in-person events.

We are making multiple shifts in focus for both James and Athena and putting new bets. It’s exciting but also risky
Speak to us is down 14% but Opportunities created is down 50%, which is concerning
