In-person events could have two purposes and we will need to assess both and probably cover both
Type of formats
Boundless Breakfast Club (BBC) - 40 attendees, partner with someone else for promotion and cost
Dinners - private with Dee 6-8 people
Speaking @ Conferences

Private, Invite-Only Events (ABM-Focused)

🔹 Best for:
Targeting high-value accounts (ABM playbook).
Strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
Positioning Boundless as a trusted advisor.
Creating exclusivity and perceived value.
🔹 Event Formats:
Executive dinners, VIP networking events, C-level roundtables.
Small, curated workshops with industry leaders ???
Private product previews or strategic roadmap sessions.
🔹 Pros: ✅ High engagement & deeper conversations. ✅ Stronger pipeline acceleration for high-value deals. ✅ Easier follow-up and sales opportunities.
🔹 Cons: ❌ Lower overall reach (fewer attendees). ❌ More resource-intensive per attendee.

Open, Public In-Person Events (Demand Generation)

🔹 Best for:
Brand awareness
Engaging a wider audience with thought leadership.
Generating new leads that aren’t yet in the pipeline.
🔹 Event Formats:
Breakfast events or networking receptions.
Industry panels, speaker sessions, or meetups.
Hands-on workshops or product showcases???
🔹 Pros: ✅ Broader audience, more visibility. ✅ Potential for net-new lead generation. ✅ Can be cost-effective if executed well.
🔹 Cons: ❌ Harder to control the quality of attendees. ❌ Can attract a mix of relevant and irrelevant prospects. ❌ Follow-up can be less personalised and lower in conversion.
