One of the key roles of Managers group is to serve as the management backbone of the team.
To this end, we will try something a bit different than you might have seen in past - we will keep a central doc with notes from our 1-1 meetings and discussions and share with each other.

Goals for this doc

A few key reasons why we do this:
Highlight people issues early and work collectively on them: The signals for when an employee is (a) unhappy or (b) underperforming can be widely disbursed. This aggregates the signal, and also gives us an actionable list of people to discuss in docx managers meeting.
Shared understanding of how people across the organization are doing: We all meet with people across management lines, when meeting with team members it would be beneficial to be aware of all of the context around the person. This also allows us to align on key messages for employees we're trying to grow / shift in certain directions.
Help build a shared understanding of who the rock stars are and who need help: TBD....

It doesn't have to be your whole note: Sometimes notes are private and that's ok. Though when possible lean towards capturing all notes as they can often be very helpful to build shared context. TLDR is fine.
