Instructions:

Title of the Bug: A short but descriptive summary of the issue

Describe the bug and how to reproduce it: Add repro steps

If filed on behalf of a customer, mention them and their importance to help the team triage.

These steps should be instructions that any reader can follow to reproduce the issue in a new doc

Even if there is a video showing the bug, please transcribe the performed steps in the video so that the reader doesn’t have to watch the video to figure out the repro steps

Browser, OS, Mobile: Identify the browser, OS, and device you repro'd the issue in

Bonus points, if you are able to check on other browsers as well, but if you're unable to, it's fine to just select the one you're currently using.
