1.3. OKR & KPI

KPI of different position shall be different. This time I will use Home Team Manager as the example Reference:

If your OKR is set as having X number as end target, then we accept each month has some progress! Its always better to set concrete KPI or tasks. If 85% matching rate as q4 end goal, meaning we would accept fluctuations, and for now if it is 77%, then 1st month can be 78%, next month 80%, and last month 85%)
The point is always ensuring the whole team aligned with the team OKR, and we welcome ideas, So even though at the end KPI is not met, we will look at what tasks the persons tried doing to achieve. In that sense, for more junior role, you probably need to write more specific expectations and goals.

It is recommended to have functional team example. Project team should be focusing on project completion rate and progress, marketing team should be focus on ROI, product team should be focusing on PRD completion time
