Our competitive pricing structure ensures that you have full control over your budget and investment. For each episode, you'll receive prominent ad slots strategically placed by our experienced team to maximize the impact and reach of your brand message.
But it doesn't stop there. We believe in providing value beyond just ad placements. After 30 days from the episode's publication, you'll gain access to comprehensive link tracking and episode analytics. This valuable data will enable you to measure the effectiveness of your sponsorship, understand audience engagement, and make informed decisions for future marketing strategies.

Subscription Sponsorship Options: Individual Shows

At Hospitality.FM, our most popular option is our Individual Package. However, we've noticed that sponsors experience better returns on their investment the longer they partner with a show or our network. To accommodate this, we offer a long-term agreement lasting 6 to 12 months.
With our long-term agreement, sponsors receive monthly sponsorship and ad placement with a specific show. For example, at a rate of $500 per episode and 4 episodes per month, the monthly spending would be $2,000. We invoice this amount on the 1st of every month via Stripe, making it convenient for sponsors to manage their budget.
This extended commitment allows sponsors to spread out their budget and adjust their messaging within the ads to align with their evolving marketing initiatives. We believe in providing a comprehensive sponsorship experience that delivers long-term value and a high return on investment.

Network Sponsorship

At Hospitality.FM, we have introduced our Network Sponsorship option for partners looking for a more comprehensive approach. Network Sponsors commit to a monthly rate of $10,000 to $15,000 and collaborate with us on a strategic campaign across multiple shows that align with their brand.
Our Network Sponsors receive a monthly report with detailed analytics and link tracking for all episodes featuring their ads. To enhance collaboration, we provide them with their own private Slack channel, where they can collaborate with our team on ad reads, link and promo content, and more. This channel also serves as a platform to receive their monthly analytic reports.

Co-Branded Series for Brands

Sponsorship can be intimidating, especially if you're new to podcast sponsorship. Despite reading about podcast sponsorship, you may still have questions about how it works. To address this, we have developed a solution that enables you to collaborate with your preferred creator(s) within HFM. This approach allows you to maintain ownership of your content while creating something distinctive that will resonate better with both your audience and ours.

When you partner with for a Co-Branded Series you get more control over the content, the way it looks, sounds, and you have an already built-in audience with whatever creator you want to work with. You will own the IP of your series and have the ability to use it wherever you’d like. HFM does require artwork credit, show note credit, and audio credit when partnering for our Co-Branded Series.

PAAS: Podcast As A Service

PAAS is our version of helping brands create an ongoing podcast that releases episodes on a weekly basis and allows brands to work with HFM on a “White label” basis while getting the perks of our distribution and production teams!
Above, you will see a cover art image for the who has been doing PAAS with HFM for over a year. With a dedicated slack channel, content calendar and other tools to help consistently book guests, AirDNA has been able to keep their show running smoothly while growing their monthly downloads to over 7,000!

PAAS Pricing:

Our PAAS Pricing can change based on the amount of content deliverables but for a starting base package, we have all of our PAAS Partners starting at $400/episode with a monthly hosting fee of $75. This includes video & audio versions of the episodes along with show notes and other distribution tools. Price may vary based on episode clip outs, cover art graphics, and guest booking or remote recording studio needs.
PAAS is a great option for Brands who have a dedicated brand guide and usually a more built out marketing team. If you have a lean marketing team then our Co-Branded options might be a better fit but we’re always happy to discuss and find out how we can best serve you!
