Relay Issue

A relay functions as a switch.

Whatever input you provide, the same will be passed to the output. It supports both AC and DC input.

In the SD.1C model, only one motor is supported, while the SD.2C model supports up to two motors. Looping beyond the supported number of motors is not allowed.

Open

Check if not getting output.

Try to Restart the device.

If solved then OK

If not solved then give replacement.

Check the input power.

If solved then OK

If not solved then give replacement.

Short

Working Direct

Try to restart the device

If solved then OK

If not solved then give replacement.

Check removing Load

If solved then OK

If not solved then give replacement.

Power Supply Issue

New Installation or Already Installed?

Check input power supply.

If Yes

Restart Device

Any beep sound then OK

If no beep sound then give replacement

If No

Check power supply (if meets below condition then indicates device is in on condition)

3 beep sound will be there when device gets on.

Blue indication in auto-device.

Touch is not working

Touch cable have 5 pins

1. VCC — Red

2. GND — Black

3. RX(receive) — White

4. TX (Transmit) — Green

5. RST (RESET) — Blue

Touch connectors and Dupont connectors are used for communication between the touch interface and backend devices.

Touch is connected though Touch Connector or dupont Connector.

Any specific switch.

Check for child lock

If yes then remove the child lock, issue will be solved

If not then give replacement.

All switches

Change the touch connector (to check wheather the issue is from touch side or from connector side)

If issue solved then OK

If not then give replacement
