Touch cable have 5 pins 1. VCC — Red 2. GND — Black 3. RX(receive) — White 4. TX (Transmit) — Green 5. RST (RESET) — Blue Touch connectors and Dupont connectors are used for communication between the touch interface and backend devices
Touch is connected though Touch Connector
Any specific Switch Is child lock enabled? Yes Remove the child lock, issue will be solved NO Give replacement
Touch is connected though Dupont Connector
Any specific Switch Check for child lock Yes Remove the child lock, issue will be solved NO Give replacement
