Lantum

Lantum is a health-tech startup on a mission to radically transform how healthcare works by bringing together doctors and managers onto one scheduling platform. My role is to create a simple, intuitive experience whilst leading the vision and execution of our design output.

Lead overall user experience design for multiple products across US and UK markets

Grow, mentor, and manage a team of product designers, researchers, and brand designers

Establish and evangelise process, including setting research practice and design culture

Lead and executed 3 year product vision, working with HoP to translate into product strategy and rolling roadmaps

Launched new product ‘Swaps’ in both UK and US markets

Increased referrals and user satisfaction metrics across the board

nuom

nuom are an award-winning UX consultancy working with early-stage companies in the health space. My role is lead the execution of all our client projects as well as manage and grow the team.

Worked with leadership to sync design with company roadmap, KPI’s and offering services to help healthcare startups build better products

Established best practices to help deliver great work through a learning-led research and design process

Built and lead team of 3 designers (50% female, 1 promotion). Helped them grow through candid and continuous feedback loops.

Developed brand-new hiring process that aims to build a diverse, complementary team of enthusiastic designers

Driven growth through quality design service. Increased margin and reduced overrun (QOQ)

Lead research and UX strategy for multiple projects across the company

Mindera are a global software consultancy based in Portugal. In my role as Senior Designer, I worked on various contracts with startups and larger companies like Waitrose, TVG, and NOTHS.

Lead design activities such as; workshops, research, prototyping, testing

Ran Design Sprints with clients to validate new product ideas

Worked with cross-functional agile teams to ship and measure design

Mentored junior and graduate designers, helping them improve their practice
