Identity Not Verified?

Klarna: When client is submitting their banking information - they use Plaid to connect the accounts. HOWEVER - There are often issues when connecting a credit union bank. See if they can add in a major bank account even if it is one they do not use often at all
If they use nothing else - Do not fret, we still see successful identity verification with Credit Unions . There just tends to be more issues with them.
Try to pre-handle this by asking them what bank do they use before entering their banking information.

How to Avoid Identity Verification:
Information has to match across Copecart, Bank Account/Card, and Transunion.
In the event there's discrepancy between name on card and name on bank account (my girl had 2 first/2 last names on bank acct, only 1 first/last on debit..) the name on bank account supersedes the card in importance.

IF Changing Account Information:
When account information is updated, it is not immediate and can take up to 48 hours for it to register in the system. So, if they already have an old Klarna account and you update it - you have to wait up to 48 hours for it to clear.

If Using Affirm & Identity Cannot be Verified:
Have them log into & when they submit the information it should trigger a verification call from Affirm to clear it.
