Occasionally in companies I’ve worked with Leadership would get single suites while other employees would share rooms this slightly alters costs but is already counted for the above estimates
Procurement
All these rates are likely negotiable down with each estate or extra inclusions like discounted activities or meals.
Rydges Hunter Valley
For the purpose of planning we’ll choose Rydges Hunter valley for the offsite.
Food
Choosing a homestay and cooking our own food brings costs down significantly but also increases time spent on those tasks each day. Home stays are sometimes also more costly than Hotel accomodations. This cuts food costs by approximately half.
Breakfast: Depending on rates at Rocksalt on site or a part of conference room rental during out stay
Lunch: Catered through conference room rental
Dinner: At Rocksalt with something special planned for the final night
Activities
Great location to go for hikes, or Go Karting, Paint Balling or even Hot Air Balloon rides
Travel
Depending on the location of activities for the offsite it might be more convenient to rent cars or have team with vehicles reimbursed for fuel costs rather than rent a Coach bus to the location.
