Currently I’ve stored the resources I’ve used to help build out this Handbook. It’s a combined effort of my own experiences and companies + founders I respect.
How to use the Companion
All the companion links come back to either our Culture & Values or our Product Pillars. If you find yourself often coming back to a particular piece feel free to upvote it on the side. We can then use these most used documents when we sit down to think about how we shape how we work @ Hatch.
Please only add resources which you have used on a regular cadence or often refer back to and find helpful. For day to day sharing feel free to post it in our Companion slack channel!
