Thinking about Brand
Hatch’s brand is modern and forward-thinking. Most of the apps described in third-wave marketplaces are vertically focused. As in.. landscape, not industry vertical 🙃.
Like much of the modern-day world, we view through our screens. I wanted to bring the Hatch brand from the first touch point of interviewing into the future.
The Vertical Deck
I reimagined the resources Adam sent in the last email with a vertical-focused deck. This will be sent out instead of the links but during the first interview when a candidate gets invited.
I’d love to say I was the first person to do this. Still, I’ve taken inspiration from a colleague who used to work at N26 and has been working on a new calendar and email client called @ . I can confidently say he's one of the best product design thinkers in the world right now. Vertical gives you the superpower of needing to be concise. You don’t have the breadth of space traditional landscape orientation gives you. You are naturally making your content more engaging to the reader. For Interviews
You can find the sharable deck . The Offer
I wanted to get slightly more tongue and cheek here and take inspiration from dating apps of today. Let me know what you think!
Welcome Pack
I think your initial interaction with as a brand new employee is super important I have some thoughts on how to create a amazing onboarding experience but for now TBA 🚧
