To summarise everything. I have a good idea of the kind of people and companies I want to connect with. I will have a VA handle filling out a sheet of companies to reach out to with employee size and linkedIn accounts.
I have a goal of 2 clients a month that will help me retain my monthly turnover goal for £100,000.
I have setup a kanban board to show where a prospect is in the sales cycle. Once converted into a lead they are transported to the
kanban board and into the pipeline.
From my research I realised that I need to make sure that I create a marketing strategy as well. Its good posting random shit on linkedIn but it would be good if it was more inline with what I want to sell.
I also watched a few videos and came up with a good outreach program to do. Its crazy to think how many people have reached out to me on linkedIn but not one has been personalised yet...
Next steps:
Find and pay VA to fill out data sheet for me from the
page of people I like the look of.
Start reaching out and see how I get on. This will be a big test of my will power.
