Asking for help is an example of one strategy for how to try new things. What are 2 or 3 things where you feel stuck or unmotivated?
Once you have a goal (what and why), you need do make a plan for how you’ll achieve that goal. It is common for people to get stuck on how they’re going to do something. Try the simple reframe of HOW to WHO → Who could you ask for help?
