When you join The A-Team, plan for a sudden shift in how you show up in your day to day.
The next 10 weeks will empower you to improve the quality of your life through the use of goal setting, accountability, and community.
Modern life can feel like running on a rat wheel... trying to keep up with growing demands, rising costs of living, and a seemingly never ending news cycle.
This creates a false urgency that forces us to move from zoom meeting to zoom meeting, task to task, week to week, role to role, and moment to moment without intention or awareness of what matters most to us right now.
In no time, days go by, weeks go by, then months, then years, and we continue to live in the same exact cycles without making any changes.
Over the next 10 weeks, I will share approaches and frameworks that will provide you with a newfound awareness of your relationship with each of these key components of life:
Body + Mind (Capacity)
Money + Time (Leverage)
Community + Network (Force Multipliers)

Every week we will discuss specific topics and work through targeted exercises meant to equip you with tools to enable you to live a more intentional life.

Setting goals is great and all, but achieving them feels even better. Be your word.
Prioritize YOU
No one forces you to participate. You’re here for you. Make yourself a priority.
