How hard did I work towards my goals this week?
Did I plan my week in a way that allowed me to succeed?
Was I actively thinking about my goals?
Were my goals a priority?

How well did I engage with the drill?
Did I complete the tasks for the week?
Was I fully present?
Did I gain anything from the exercise?
Buddy
How good of a buddy were you?
Did you text/call your buddy?
Did you look at their goals?
