In the example below we used our Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) account to send the same document for signing to 3 different parties. Once sent in Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) we’re able to monitor the status of each contract sent this way.
In this case we’ve added conditional formatting to the Status column to flag contracts that are still incomplete and may need manual prompting or follow-up!
