is taking place this year in Venice. It’s a fantastic opportunity to combine what is really important in life: good friends, italian food and hedonism 🥂.
Most likely I have already spark a conversation with you about this idea. Here are some details.

When 📆 - 10.05 to 14.05.
We aim to spend 3 full days in Venice, so the plan is to arrive on Friday evening and leave on Tuesday morning. May sounds best in terms of weather to lack of tourists ratio, we don’t have any preference besides the price.
Down below you will find possible options for extended weekends in May.
You can leave your votes (multiple selection is 👌). The most upvoted date will be selected and proceeded.

How 🛫
Round trip from London to Venice costs around 100 GBP pp. We leave on Friday in the late afternoon and come back on Tuesday morning.
When first accommodation booking will be made we will proceed with flight tickets.
Here are some options I have found:
Accommodation for 2 people for 4 nights varies between 400GBP to 600GBP. Picking an apartment for 4-6 people takes the cost down and makes it more fun.
To make most of our time there I have narrowed down the possible area to stay. It will shorten the transportation to a 15 min walk to most of the Biennale places and make meeting much easier.

Here to the crazy ones 🧑🏻🎨
Breakfast in Paris, lunch in Geneve dinner in Milano 🤩
Are there any train enthusiast here?
I was wondering how much more expensive it would be to take a Eurostar, Frecciarossa and Swiss Trains rather then an WizzAir.
Here is a great source to have a peek how it can look.
We aim to have the least amount of stopovers and changes this would be the choice. I could not find price for this (French!)
Paris to Milano
This is the longest and the most picturesu part of that trip, here is a full ride
It’s 11 PM so we have to options... sleep in Milano in the city center

...or continue the journey to Venice (but we will have to change itinary as the last train to Venice is at 20:45 from Milano Centrale.
So to summarise, leaving on Thursday morning from London 6AM and arriving

Train & Boat Final Itinary
TLDR 🙈
We start on Thursday evening (9th May) in London and arrive in Paris evening. Hotel, great dinner, laughts. Next day take a train from Paris to Milano with a stop in Geneve.
From Milano take a direct train to Venice (2h 30min). Then a bus or taxi (boat).
Profits of this change: 💘
Spend time in Paris
Have more time there than we would have in Milano
Extra stop (2h) in Geneve for a
Extra stop in Milano for stretching legs and winde
Don’t have to take Thursday off
Ritu does not have to wake up early for the 6AM train (instead 8:18AM one from Paris) 😆
Plan 📝
We need to decide which one we are having
/poll
Nothing to decide here. Just to wake up before the first train departure and come back from Geneve from the short break
We have 90 minutes in Milan to stretching legs and have a glass of wine. We can also stay 90minutes longer and take the last one
Last step (and the most enjoable one) will be to transfer by boat from the train station to our destination. We can take the public bus (boat) or close to the departure I will book something for us.
