Strategy & Ops – Event Planning Hub
This doc is designed to help the Strategy & Ops team plan a team onsite or in-office gathering. It assumes:
- Events involve cross-functional stakeholders across TPM, PgM, DPM, EA, and Ops
- Planning requires alignment on logistics, budget, sessions, and ownership
- Updates should be centralized for visibility across geos (SF, NYC, Berlin, Remote)
- Execs need to be kept informed on goals, RSVPs, blockers, and costs
