Set Key Results

Key results are how our top-priority objectives will be attained with specific, measurable actions within a set time frame.

Run Class 4 successfully
Students come out of the course in November with a strong set of technical and soft skills
Each module prepared for with module leads (3 each), syllabus reviewer and teaching assistants (at least 4)
Develop a plan for and carry out at least 3 soft skills sessions
Student progress is tracked week by week
Get previous graduates into tech employment or employment (if they wish and can)(by end of 2020)
Track graduate progress on a fortnightly basis
Host weekly employment calls for those actively applying for jobs
Fill skills and experience gaps for graduates
Run a class of at least 25 students for our full stack web development course in 2021
Create an Outreach team of at least 3 individuals focused on recruitment of suitable students and volunteers
Make/keep CYF Glasgow a fun and fulfilling place to be a volunteer and student
Have clear system of roles and responsibilities - Appoint Non-Executive, Executive and Delivery teams organised to implement Education, Personal Development and Outreach strategy
Host monthly mentors meetings to inform organisation and direction of organisation
Host monthly, inclusive trips
Get Class 4 graduates into employment (if they wish and can) within six months of graduation
Prepare professional development opportunities for Class 4 students in advance of graduation
