Brainstorming
Use this section to jot down ideas as your team does a free-form brainstorm on what's important.
Set Objectives
Objectives define what we seek to achieve. Great objectives are significant, concrete, action-oriented, and inspirational. For each layer of your organization, you should have no more than 3-4 objectives.
Set Key Results
Key results are how our top-priority objectives will be attained with specific, measurable actions within a set time frame.
Assign Teams & Owners
Every OKR should have an owner. (No exceptions!)
Track Progress
Now that you have your OKRs, use them in your staff meetings and 1:1s. Update each key result throughout the quarter with your team's progress.
