Verifone integration missing transactions for multiple days/weeks?

Open up the location page in admin.
Go to the edge device page
Observe if the Verifone service is currently offline. If it is, work with the techs/store manager to restore connectivity.

If it's online go back to the location page. (Eng will work on making this part unnecessary in the future)
Go to the POS Integration page and note the Verifone config status, and refer to the .
