Comm. Kelley asked a good question, why are the AMI numbers between individual and two people so similar to 3 people households because the cost of childcare or eldercare seems like it would be way higher. Liz McElligott says she doesn’t know because the numbers come from HUD.
County staff didn’t know how to answer what builder’s remedy is.
