will MSA’s have the ability to update this on behalf of members?
-This can be done by clicking on ‘manage my subscription’ → edit payment method → triggers an email to be sent to member → open email and click confirm payment information → takes you to a page where you can edit and update your payment method.

Barcode# on vial is difficult to find and read because it’s small
GM: I think we added the larger barcode on the back of the boxes (and now on a piece of paper) so in theory it should work right? Additionally, I think we changed the vial barcode to run on the side for this exact situation.
A large barcode and vial ID # is located on the outside of the test box – not a feasible solution since box barcode may not match via barcode
Recommendation: Post-MVP, integrate larger barcode to enable barcode scanning .

if someone has a failed test and we need to reorder them a new one, how does the system know to disregard the old one and recognize the new one as their first test?
