PROCEDURE

Member Request for Early Shipment of Vitality Supplements
Respond to the member, assuring them that we can accommodate their request. Explain that in order to proceed, we will need to charge them for the next 2 months' supply today.
Obtain confirmation from the member that they agree to the early charge.
Log in to Shopify and access the Member's Subscription page.
Scroll down to the Billing Schedule section.
Click on "Charge Now" for the immediate next 2 months.
This action will initiate the immediate charging of the next 2 months' worth of supplements, triggering the early shipment.
Confirm the charge by clicking "Yes, charge the customer now" when prompted.
Notify the member that their supplements will be shipped and should arrive within 3-5 days.
