3: After Each Meeting
Send Meeting Notes:
Send the meeting notes to all attendees by going to the
Active Agenda
and clicking the "Send Meeting Notes" button at the bottom of the page.
Crowdsource Topics:
After each meeting, go to the
Topics Inbox
section and click the "Send Reminder" button to email all Attendees and ask them to add topics.
Archive Agenda:
Duplicate
Active Agenda
and move it in the
Broken link
section.
When duplicating, be sure to click the "Duplicate Data Instead" option.
4. Before Each Meeting
Select Meeting Topics:
Prior to each meeting go to the
Topics Inbox
and mark today's topics as "Today." These topics will now appear in the "Today's Topics" table on the Active Agenda.
Set the date:
Go the
Active Agenda
and set the date using the Date Picker
Set the Note Taker
: Go to the
Active Agenda
and check the box for the note taker
5. During Each Meeting
Use the
Active Agenda
to run your meeting
Select which regular attendees are present
Review Action Items from previous meeting
Run through the topics, with the owner of each driving the discussion; Each topic should be identified as Inform. Discuss or Decide
Note taker captures Action Items during meeting
Log the outcome and mark the topic as Complete; completed topics can be seen in the
Decision Log
