Sourcing Candidates

One of our challenges is the lack of a strong candidate pipeline. The following are a few ideas we should consider to improve our pipeline:
Thought leadership - Good PMs want to work with people they can learn and grow from. We can demonstrate the caliber of our product org by publishing and marketing articles on Medium
PM conferences - There are a few well known and respected product conferences; these provide a great opportunity for recruiting
Hosting meet-ups & tech talks - These not only provide us the opportunity to take a stronger leadership position in the community, they will attract potential candidates
Communication - We should carefully consider every touch point we have with candidates and determine the best strategy for every communication milestone.
