There should be a way or flow that allow users to prepurchase or extend a membership tier that they have subscribed, e.g if I want to renew this membership I can't, as I have to wait for it to end before I can pay again

Promptpay issues since months ago:

Did we receive the money?
Stripe keeps saying that they cannot authorize on behalf of the merchant to initiate refund but the money is not with us? then can we authorize it for them to refund it?
Can we bring up all the promptpay cases and seek an explanation from Stripe?
