My main motivation for joining the Exportal Talent Program is to understand the dynamics of international trade and to develop as a competent professional in this field. The analytical thinking and problem solving skills I gained as a Mathematical Engineering student support my predisposition towards data management and artificial intelligence applications in the digital world. When faced with a problem, I focus on overcoming it by developing a solution-oriented approach rather than how the problem arose. This determination and combative nature will enable me to be a valuable team member in any challenges we may face.
Last year I was teaching a group of children about Spanish culture, and as part of this education they had to read some books and watch some movies. After reading and watching, we would get together and critique them together, but since they were young, they usually didn't read the books or watch the movies.
My aim during this training process was not to give the children solid information, but to give them a general awareness. In other words, I wanted them to have a general cultural awareness, such as knowing what Don Quixote is and who the author is, or knowing what the content of the book Alchemist is when it is mentioned.
Even though the children didn't read the books or watch the movies, I would first explain the content of the books or movies to them after we gathered. Even if they didn't seem to be listening, at the end of the lesson I would ask a few of them questions about the book of the day and they would answer most of them correctly.
None of my colleagues who had worked with the same children before me had made such progress, and my managers were pleased with me for this. Most of the time I don't understand the tasks I am given in a uniform way, I act by thinking about what they point to. I know very well that there is more than one way to achieve a goal.

The number of messages in real estate ads had dropped considerably. However, our creatives and offers were very good. We later realized that our offer was made to a good but wrong audience. When we changed the target audience without changing anything, our messages increased to 5 times.

In the second step, I determine if I can solve it on my own. If I can't solve it on my own, I forward it to people who can help and collaborate with them. If I can solve it on my own, I start researching. Finally, I solve the problem and report it so that I don't encounter the same problem again. Despite the warning labels on the containers, some workers occasionally mistook them for water. My supervisor assigned me the task of solving this problem by determining the most effective and safest new location for the bleach storage.
I visited the production floor to analyze the setup, taking into account the operational principles, distances between machines, and usage patterns. To ensure a practical solution, I talked and discussed with blue-collar workers to understand their workflows and challenges. After gathering insights and assessing the workspace, I proposed an optimal location for the bleach containers that improved safety and efficiency.

I’m a political science student at only francophone university in Turkey, which is prestigous, Galatasaray University. As a political science student, I can say that political science open a new window into the world. I mean we learn many things from economics to history, and these equipments make us visioner about cases. International trade has differents necessities for exemple the officers who can speak many languages or who know the cultures and the societies of these countries. That’s why this job is cut out for me and a big opportunity to have an extensive education about trade.
Once, I moved to a new home and the home didn’t have an installation for the Internet and I had to make it build from scratch and I learned it when employee came to home for set the Internet modem. I was shocked about it because that employee demanded that he could do it and he said this service is really expensive. I thanked him and let him go, because I thought that he wants diddle me, he wasn’t trying to induce me, he just says you have to do it and anyone can do it except me. After that, I took the picture of my appartment and building, than I go some electricity shops for show it and take the best price for this job. And finally, after asked many places, I find an electrician. He told me all details about the job and he offered me half of the first price. I was induced and I hired him for this job and he did it. I was so happy.

As a person who grew up with a trade career with my parent, i was always interested into international trade with a perspective of political science. Projem ile üçüncülük elde ettim.
Kodlama, ekonomi ve işletme alanında dersler aldım. Özellikle satış ve start- up kısımları çok ilgimi çekiyor. Bu yüzden bu konuda öğrenmeye daha da istekliyim. Problem tespiti, çözüm tasarımı ve süreç yönetiminde yetenekli olduğumu düşünüyorum.
