Client Intake Questions
Here are some questions that we need to know from client:
Our preferred meeting platform is Zoom unless blocked by client; do not give option unless they push back
What does your company regularly use for chat communication? Ie Slack (preferred method), Teams, Zoom Teams chat
Do your participants have access to create meetings on their own? What is that so we can communicate it?
Biographies of participants:
Name
Location
Function
Level
Language needs (if any)
Special accommodations (ie closed captions, interpreter)
Usual times for meetings and communications (so we can coordinate or avoid based on suggestions)
Why are you using FORM? What outcomes are you hoping to achieve? (leads to tailoring Community Connects)
