Give Backs
In the cohort, “give back” refers to anything that we collect from participants with the intent to give back to them through the communication channel or newsletter.
Instructional Design
aka Curriculum. The strategy that helps players acquire and retain skills. Including setting objectives, choosing strategies, and evaluating materials to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
Journey
One complete storyline with a focused target skills category and up to 3 target subskills
Narrative
The story based gameplay. Narrative is synonymous with Journeys. The strategy to wrap the skills learning in an immersive and engaging storyline to make the experience more memorable and entertaining.
