Longer, concurrent hours of extra labor over longer period of time:
Let’s sync with Francisco and if possible pre-approve longer planned certain overtime.
Let’s keep it both ambitious and fair where we can. Dialogue and mutual understanding.
We are still a growing startup and we always want to help where it is possible. But sometimes we need to spend some extra effort to genuinely help our collective firm and team move forwards towards better collective opportunities. But it should not be plain, non-rewarding torture. That gives me no joy in seeing.
