We should be ambitious but also feel good and healthy while doing so, let’s communicate and collaborate to make that work long term, with bursts of energy and tough work in short periods when needed for specific deadlines or exciting projects - but should not always be needed all the time or for no reason. With time to recover as well - so we can perform. Both in the everyday work and especially after a tough period.
Let’s find a balance in the everyday of ambition and energy - so we have a healthy energy and mood during the everyday work-life as well as the drive to contribute and grow together not just for a week but for a lifetime.
