The project

Developing a brand concept for a men's brand in a changing world, where the meaning of masculinity has evolved. We crafted a better understanding of the audience and their needs, developed audience insights, and helped for Nivea Men own progressive masculinity.

The result: a solid brand and marketing strategy.

To plan the upcoming Marketing year - and beyond Nivea asked us to set up an innovative approach to Marketing planning: we initiated a non-traditional Marketing design process. Two days of intense and highly productive creative collaboration, ideation and roadmapping.

Sprint Design: how to embrace the new men’s world in 2 days

Day 1 mapped the near future of Nivea Men by fostering an understanding of the context and ideation to enrich the territory. On Day 2, we focused on iterating ideas, mapping them out, and planning how to take ownership of the narrative in 2020 and beyond.
