How will we schedule the mental health improving calls
Calendar, invite everyone, circles
Having planning circles/ self-enforcing circles! Having a structure for things such as the book club, game nights, etc.
E.g. the book club organizes its own meetings... but we provide a few guidelines to make sure the meetings happen
Broadly speaking, what could there be?
Fitness
Mindfulness/stretching (Jett)
Tea party (Ryan, Vidwansh, )
Buddy system/check-in
Mental
Make it more anarchist
Just schedule a slot for it
Form: ask other people what they want
