Ideas for mental health improving... Jett: I want scheduled tea parties and yoga and meditation and exercises random check-ins, compliment chain accountability circle / do stuff support the calls shouldn’t be too rigid everyone should get an opportunity to talk in calls {please brainstorm here 🥺🥺🥺} welcome new members, keep them engaged. the timings should be more inclusive practicing my spanish in a fun way inside jokes should be explained while using so no one feels left out self-care? like share skin-care routines speaking in different languages, introducing each other to (YESS WE CAN LEARN) people sharing artsy stuff drink water, hold each other accountable to drink water a debate type things -angel
How will we schedule? (10 minutes) When are the planning people meeting? Twice a month - 3 PM GMT January 24th, 9 AM GMT Same day How will we schedule the mental health improving calls Calendar, invite everyone, circles Having planning circles/ self-enforcing circles! Having a structure for things such as the book club, game nights, etc. E.g. the book club organizes its own meetings... but we provide a few guidelines to make sure the meetings happen Broadly speaking, what could there be? Mindfulness/stretching (Jett) Tea party (Ryan, Vidwansh, ) Just schedule a slot for it Form: ask other people what they want What calls will there be? (20 minutes) Check on the tea party group Health club (meditation, workouts) - Jett Book club calls, not sure who will be in-charge of this but I can ask around JOURNALING (lol art stuff) + Crochet (Aish) Action items
