The most important part: Recovering from an eating disorder is a process. You may relapse several times before you successfully overcome the negative behavior patterns that drive your disorder. Keep at it. Don't give up. Recovery can be yours if you are persistent.
Do not let it effect your mental health:
I might not know how stressful it gets or might not understand how you feel but remember that NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU, YOURSELF. Don’t let a person or sometimes your closest people choose your emotions. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF. Don’ let them get into your head. Nothing can stop you from being you: )
