Background info

On December 16, 2019, Lorenzo Silva Arce was cruelly murdered while sleeping on the empty sidewalks of the downtown Asuncion. So far, the identity of the killer and the reasons they killed Lorenzo are unknown, but it's clear that this is a hate crime, and the absence of the State is also evident for covering and investigating this case.
On 24 February 2020, Francisca, a 12-year-old indigenous girl was found dead in a backpack in the place where many natives of different ethnicities who were expelled from their lands by large landowners for the exploitation of their lands to use them to grow of soybeans in most cases or
livestock.
These natives have no choice but, like souls in distress, to roam the area seeking salvation, and tragically, escaping its sad reality with drugs.
