While the relational model of Coda is very similar to a database one, there are some formalities that have been “bent” to provide a workable schema.
Primary (and foreign) keys are not part of the Coda table model, therefore in order to provide a good proxy, I considered the display column as the primary key of a table. After all is the way they are “seen” when referenced. Also a lookup relationships are one-to-many when they are single select, and many-to-many when they are multiple select.
